In Google Analytics menu "Keywords" > "Organic" you can find the data that Google tracks about your average position for the identified phrases.
Why is there different and/or fewer terms than in Search Engine Optimizations > Queries?
Whereas the results in Search Engine Optimization > Queries is focused on displaying all of the phrases you're being found and clicked for without their average position.
