Spencer brings over 14 years of experience as an owner and partner in several businesses that range from internet marketing, website design development, app (game) development, physical goods in the lifestyle industry, and even photography, film, and multimedia animation.

He has extensive experience in everything from digital design, programming/scripting languages to sales and marketing as well as management of small and medium-sized teams, and executive responsibilities.

Jenica H.

Operations Manager

Jenica brings her ambitious organizational skills and professional experience to help The Portland Company achieve unbeatable customer service and delivery by tackling every administrative task that arises.

She is skilled and valued beyond her title, which is why she’s perfect for the position. She keeps the blood pumping to all the limbs through email inbox management, transactional client communications, auditing staff’s work, human resources, and more – ensuring our executive team can remain focused on maximizing and optimizing what TPC offers.

Originally from Portland, Oregon, she is married, has three children, and now lives in Texas.

Executive Assistant

Dee brings amazing organizational, data, and customer service skills to The Portland Company. With over nine years of experience, she’s an asset to our company and we are excited to have her. She hails from the Philippines and studied statistics. In her free time she enjoys hanging out with her friends, traveling, and playing video games.

Photographer

Brittany married Spencer in 2009, gradually assuming increased responsibility and helping to grow TPC over the years. She has become invaluable to the stability and longevity of The Portland Company.

She is an experienced marketer and junior strategist but focuses on our in-house photography and is responsible for our Lifestyle Product Photography, eCommerce Product Photography, Business Portrait Photography, and beyond.

A mother of four, with extensive homeschooling experience, she knows how to work tirelessly and pull overtime like no-other.

Print and Digital Designer

Luke has always demonstrated a passion for creative activities and design. Developing a diverse set of skills by continually exploring different facets of art and design. This passion and skill are applied to produce designs that are both current and unique. His keen attention to aesthetics and function results in graphics that are not only beautiful, but also marketable.

Senior Programmer & Co-Team Lead, Web Programmer & Application Developer

Since mid-2016 our go-to guy for the toughest technical challenges on clients projects is Salman. He’s an expert in pragmatically solving complex problems for our clients and assisting in training our other staff on the latest technology. He is a full-time member of our team.

Francis is one of our fresh additions to the team coming from the “Pearl of the Orient Seas”, the Philippines. He’s a professional developer who’s always ready to take on everyday challenges with excitement! With years of experience in Back-End Development, he specializes in Laravel, CodeIgniter, WordPress, JavaScript, Vue.js, and many more.

Christine is a dedicated and experienced web developer from Cebu, Philippines. Her expertise in web is focused on frontend development but she also enjoys working in backend developments such as PHP frameworks including Laravel and Codeigniter. She also has experience in WordPress websites. She likes to explore new things and discover new technologies.

Taylor, brother to our Principal, renders accounting, bookkeeping and tax consultation services to The Portland Company through his company Hill Tax, Consulting & Financial Services, Taylor holds a license in Tax Consulting (35829-C) and is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
