3. Window Switching! (AKA Expose on Mac)

Our Windows friends can Ctrl + Tab between their Windows, but Mac users can't Cmd + Tab. This is, in my opinion, probably the most frustrating thing about Hangouts. Though I understand that it's more of a Mac OS X feature than a Chrome thing but I'm confident nothing is impossible! Make hangouts a separate app!
